Farnoush Amini was born in Iran. Her art work have been influenced by Iran’s political situation and her personal life tragedies. Her practice moves between painting, drawing, installation and sculpture, the latter is her main fucus in which she is still experimenting with different material such as clay, concrete, fabric and metal. Her earlier figurative art is now moving more towards abstraction and conceptual art.
She is currently studying Fine Art at The Art Academy in London.
She has exhibited twice in 2017 and twice in 2018 at the Espacio gallery and Menier gallery based in London and her sculptures were sold to a private art collector. She is currently working on a sculpture commission for Springfield Psychiatric University Hospital in London.
